REF [Customer Care/Sales]

We are looking for a vocational helper with a desire to aid to grow our customers.

The working hours will be full-time, 35 hour per week mostly at the morning but we like flexible timetables.

How we expect you to be

  • Someone who likes to listen to. It is so important to sell as knowing and understanding the needs of our customers.
  • A communicative, problem solver and detail oriented person.
  • For a large part of our clients you will be “the face” of the company, which is why good treatment and know-how is a key part of the position.

Required knowledge, technologies and tools

The required skills for this work are more related to your way to be than with your experience or training, but it would be very useful having experience with:

  • Spreadsheets, Word processors,….
  • CRMs
  • Feel comfortable with technology: internet, mobile, etc.

It would be great if you had experience with

  • Issue management tools (Jira, Bugzilla, …)
  • Knowledge of English, Portuguese, Galician, Catalan or Basque
  • Financials and payments

What are you going to do

The selected person will be responsible for helping our clients in the process of signing up, and accompanying them in the fulfillment of the necessary requirements to start selling with SetPay. Also, you will have to attend to the consultations, doubts and incidences both of current clients as people interested in our products.

Most of the activity is based on calls to customers who have shown interest on our products. Many of them doubt between several alternatives and, you know, “coffee is for closers only”.

The incidents will be reported to the technical team in case of not being able to be resolved with the support of the documentation or your knowledge of our products.

Although, initially, this is a half-time position, we hope to expand it to full-time position at the end of the year. Your worth and efficiency will help us reach this milestone.

Where are we located

SetPay is headquartered in Santiago de Compostela (Galicia, Spain), 20 minutes away from downtown. Santiago is in a valley, famous as human heritage, technology and culture live naturally in the area. It is full of wonderful coffee shops, restaurants and museums. Close to mountains, forests and coastline, it results in a balanced work & leisure environment. Our offices, a sunny open loft, have easy parking slots, a gym (below) and a constant supply of soft drinks, caffeine and other beverages.

Salary, benefits & commitments

Gross salary: 12.000-16.000, depending on how much we like your profile.

Flexible timetable. Some of us have kids already, so we know how it works to conciliate job/life.
